BASIC DO's & DON'TS of COATING MOLDY SURFACES AFTER FLOOD OR MOLD REMEDIATION:

DO - Email Support at earthpaint.net to check each project individually. Consult professionals in advance (these are just basics here).
DO - Use Dehumidifiers [not hvacs].
DO - Clean as much as is safely possible [We use Earth Clean].
DO - Remove wet items like fabrics, carpets.
DO - Cross ventilate with Powerful fans blowing in and out of opposing windows.

Preventing Costly Mold Damage After Flooding?

After the hurricanes and flooding our Property Management company has been unable to keep up with all of the mold damage. Many people have gotten sick from black mold and we need a way to prevent this from happening again. Can Lime Prime be used after flooding? What if there is a lot of mold infested in wet wood and drywall? Would coating the frame of a house during construction help?
